Greenlawn Landscaping & Lawn Maintenance Inc. was built upon the premise that every property owner, and every Board, is different. Since each property owner and Board has different requirements, we work together to customize our service to each property and assignment down to the closest possible detail.
Our goal is to alleviate your concerns by providing prompt, high-quality, yet affordable, maintenance services. Unlike some other maintenance companies, we strive to be intuitive and proactive, avoiding problems before they arise, and handling those problems that do arise with the least amount of disruption to our clients and their neighbors. We are an owner operated business, and as the president, I am accountable for every mistake we may make as well as every proud achievement. We consider ourselves just big enough to get the job done right, but small enough to care about each and every clients needs, wants and wishes.

Each member of our highly qualified and trained workforce handles a different aspect of your property’s needs - all of which are coordinated and supervised by your property manager.
After 20+ years in the construction industry, 6 years as an Investment banker and 1 year as facility manager for a local multi-million dollar per year recycling company of 75+ employees, Bill founded Greenlawn Landscaping & Lawn Maintenance Inc. in 2005 to bring high-quality professional ground maintenance to Staten Island. Focusing on competence, trust and outstanding service, Greenlawn grew to be a respected and reputable service provider on Staten Island along side other high quality providers such as J&K Landscaping and Island Landscaping to name just two, maintaining all types of propertys throughout the Staten Island area.
